Leona LaurenLeona Louise Lewis (born on the 3rd April, 1985) is a British performer, songwriter, actress and activist. Born in the London Borough Of Islington she attended the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology, Croydon. Lewis was able to gain not only national recognition when she took home The X Factor's third series in the year 2006. The singer also signed a PS1 million recording contract with Syco Music. Lewis began recording music for her Christmas debut album while on her Glassheart Tour, which took between mid-2013. Following that, her album Christmas with Love with Love, featuring her lead single "One more time" it reached the top three spot in the UK. Lewis who is who is a British female solo artist, was the first British solo artist to break the top five with eight songs. The record is higher than Olivia Newton John's record which included seven singles.
